AC Repair & Diagnostics

When the house is warm and the AC is running, every hour matters. We find the real cause with measurements — not by swapping parts until something works — and fix it right the first time whenever possible.

Symptoms we fix

Sound familiar?

Running but not cooling

Often low refrigerant from a leak, a failed capacitor, or a dirty coil.

Ice on the lines or coil

Usually an airflow or charge problem. Turn the system off and call us.

Water leaking inside

Clogged condensate drains are common in Florida and can damage ceilings fast.

Breaker keeps tripping

An electrical or compressor issue that needs prompt, careful diagnosis.

Weak airflow

Blower motors, dirty filters, or collapsed ducts restricting air.

Strange noises or smells

Grinding, buzzing, or burning smells — shut it off and schedule a visit.

Repair FAQ

Should I repair or replace my system?

It depends on age, condition, the repair cost, and whether the system was sized correctly. We'll show you the numbers and give an honest recommendation — many systems are worth repairing.

How soon can you come out?

We aim for same-day or next-day service. Maintenance-plan members get priority and after-hours emergency service.

What should I do before you arrive?

Check the filter and thermostat batteries, and make sure the breaker hasn't tripped. If you see ice or water, turn the system off to prevent further damage.

Too warm inside?

Call now or book online — we'll get you cool again.
